Hearing Upon a Petition for the Formation of a District

The administrative procedures applicable to a hearing upon a petition for the formation of a district, as provided for in ORS 568.310 (Notice of hearing), and the department’s determination resulting therefrom, as provided for in ORS 568.330 (Determination of need for district) and 568.340 (Determination to not form district), shall be those specified in OAR 603-001-0005 (Model Rules of Procedure).
