Purpose and Scope

(1) The purpose of Division 017 is to provide for management of sport fisheries in the Willamette Zone over which the State has jurisdiction.

(2) Division 017 incorporates by reference the 2021 Oregon Sport Fishing Regulations. Therefore, persons must consult the 2021 Oregon Sport Fishing Regulations in addition to Division 011 and Division 017 to determine all applicable sport fishing requirements for the Willamette Zone.
