Aquatic Invasive Species Reporting Information


If aquatic invasive species are found on or inside a watercraft, the owner or operator must provide the department with an accurate history as to where the watercraft has been during the last six months. Information shall include;

(1)

All waterbody(s) in which the watercraft has been moored or operated;

(2)

The length of time that the watercraft has been out of water;

(3)

All locations where the watercraft has been stored; and

(4)

If previously inspected, the agency and individual which conducted the inspection.
