OAR 635-418-0005
Purpose

The purpose of this rule division is for the Department to designate regional dry maintenance time periods for conducting removal-fill activities in dry, traditionally maintained channels as defined in ORS 196.906 (Legislative findings and declarations)-196.919 (Memoranda of understanding) and OAR 603-095-4000 (Purpose and Applicability) to OAR 603-095-4060 (Expedited Review). The dry maintenance time periods are designed to minimize potential impacts to the most vulnerable life stages of fish and wildlife species.
