Record Keeping and Reporting Requirements


(1)

Landowner or occupier of premises must sign an affidavit of damage designating the permitted WCO as their agent to address damage caused by any wildlife. The permittee must retain affidavits for one year.

(2)

A complete record of the WCO activities must be maintained by permit holder on a WCO bi-annual report form provided by the Department for all wildlife captured on a WCO permit.
(3) Each permittee must submit a report of WCO activity in a legible document twice per year, by July 31 and January 31, to the Department. Permittees must submit reports eeven if no wildlife control acivity has occurred.
