Reports and Payment of Assessment Moneys

Except as otherwise exempt or provided by regulation, a first purchaser or handler shall forward to the Commission so that the forms are postmarked on or before December 31st of each year on all delivered product of all commodities or within 15 days after delivery on late harvested carrots or cauliflower after the December 31 date completed and signed Commission approved forms covering all purchases of the above named vegetables for processing made by him immediately preceding the reporting dates. “Reporting Period,” for purpose of this section means: December 31st of each year or within 15 days after delivery on late harvested carrots or cauliflower.
