Petitioning for Enforcement


(1)

A person may petition the commission for an enforcement order against a local government or special district in accordance with ORS 197.319 (Procedures prior to request of an enforcement order) to 197.335 (Order for compliance with goals) and 197.646 (Implementation of new requirement in goal, rule or statute).

(2)

A person petitioning for enforcement shall do so in accordance with the requirements of ORS 197.319 (Procedures prior to request of an enforcement order) to 197.335 (Order for compliance with goals) and this division.

(3)

The commission may dismiss any petition for enforcement not conducted in accordance with ORS 197.319 (Procedures prior to request of an enforcement order) to 197.335 (Order for compliance with goals) and this division.
