OAR 695-004-0010
Purpose

The Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board has broad authority to carry out a watershed enhancement program under the provisions of ORS 541.890 (Definitions for ORS 541.890 to 541.969) to 541.969 (Report to Legislative Assembly by state agencies receiving subaccount moneys). The Board may allocate funds to support projects for restoration, monitoring, technical assistance, small grants, education and outreach, watershed council support, land acquisition, instream water leases and transfers, research and other related activities that advance the purposes of the watershed enhancement program.
