Purpose

ORS 367.080 (Connect Oregon Fund) to 367.086 (Administration of projects) creates the Connect Oregon Fund, allowing for the issuance of lottery bonds for the purpose of financing grants to fund Transportation Projects that involve air, marine, rail, public transit, or bicycle and pedestrian modes. The purpose of division 35 rules is to establish the Connect Oregon Fund Program.
