For Contracts entered into pursuant to ORS 279A.050 (Procurement authority)(3), ODOT is exempt from Mandatory Use Contracts entered into pursuant to OAR 125-247-0296 (Price Agreements and Mandatory Use Contracts) when purchasing Goods or Services through federal programs pursuant to ORS 279A.180 (Purchases through federal programs).
