Qualifications

Any person who does not have an operator’s license issued under ORS Chapter 807 (Driving Privileges and Identification Cards) may be issued a certificate to operate a snowmobile if they have taken a Snowmobile Safety Education Course that has been approved by the Driver and Motor Vehicle Services Division of the Department of Transportation.
