Hearings

The procedure for hearings and appeals in connection with the grant, denial, or revocation of a site approval or license shall be as provided in The Attorney General’s Model Rules of Practice and Procedure under the Administrative Procedure Act, and ORS Chapter 183 (Administrative Procedures Act).
