(1)

Motor vehicles shall not be operated on the runway or parallel taxiway without specific prior authorization by the Director of the Department.

(2)

All users of the airport are requested to report any observed act by any person which is considered to be unsafe or a violation of these rules.

(3)

All lessees at the airport having contracts with the Department for commercial operations (Fixed Base Operators) shall develop procedures for dealing with emergency situations involving aircraft.
