Purpose

The purpose of this rule is to establish fair, reasonable and nondiscriminatory processes and criteria to govern the Department’s Financial Aid to Municipalities (FAM) Grant Program. The FAM Grant Program fosters a statewide system of airports through discretionary award of financial assistance for airport planning, development and capital improvement projects. Monies eligible for distribution under the FAM Grant Program include revenue derived from ORS 319.020 (Monthly statement by dealer).
