Separated Crossing Construction and Maintenance

(1)

All new or altered separated crossing structures shall be constructed to conform to or exceed nationally recognized and commonly used construction standards.

(2)

Separated crossing structures, including the roadway surface, shall be maintained in good and safe condition.
