Reasonable Notice

Prior to the adoption, amendment, or repeal of any permanent rule, the Board of Architect Examiners shall give notice of the proposed adoption, amendment, or repeal:

(1)

In the Secretary of State’s Bulletin referred to in ORS 183.360 (Publication of rules and orders) at least 21 days before the effective date of the rule.

(2)

By providing a copy of the notice and proposed rule(s) to persons on the Board’s mailing list established pursuant to ORS 183.335 (Notice)(8) at least 28 days before the effective date of the rule.

(3)

By providing a copy of the notice to the organizations and associations that the Board considers to be interested in such adoption.

(4)

By providing a copy of the notice to the Associated Press and Capitol Press Room.

(5)

By providing a copy of the notice to the legislators specified in ORS 183.335 (Notice)(15) at least 49 days before the effective date of the rule.
