Certification for Engineering Geology

(1)

The Board established certification in the specialty of engineering geology pursuant to ORS 672.505 (Definitions for ORS 672.505 to 672.705)(3) and 672.565 (Certification in specialty).

(2)

The engineering geologist specialty certification shall be maintained concurrently with the geologist registration.

(3)

To be certified as an engineering geologist, the geologist must be qualified under OAR 809-030-0020 (Qualifications for Engineering Geologist Examination and Certification as an Engineering Geologist)(2).
