Pre-Licensure Training Requirements for NASCLA Accredited Examination for Commercial General Building Contractors

(1)

RMIs that pass the NASCLA Accredited Examination for Commercial General Building Contractors and the Oregon pre-licensure test satisfy the pre-licensure training requirement in ORS 701.122 (Training requirements for individuals and businesses) by studying the material contained in the reference list published by NASCLA or by any state that uses or accepts the NASCLA examination.

Reference study materials may include, but are not limited to:

(b)

(c)

(h)
