Application Procedure and Requirements

An organization may apply for a grant from the Home Ownership Assistance Program under ORS 458.655 (Home Ownership Assistance Account), upon an open solicitation for a Request for Application (RFA), as determined by OHCS. An organization may apply for a grant under this rule by submitting to OHCS all of the following:

(1)

Oregon Business Registry documentation;

(2)

Most recent Certified Financial Audit and completed and submitted Form 990, as applicable; and

(3)

Completed application and documents as required in the RFA.
