Use of Funds

(1)

Use of EAS funds must be in compliance with EAS requirements for eligible households.

(2)

To the extent of available funding, program services include providing awards of energy assistance payments to or on behalf of eligible households using EAS funds.

(3)

The awarded amount of an energy assistance payment per qualifying household using EAS funds will be based on household need, as determined by OHCS or its subgrantees.
