Obligation of Registrants and Applicants to Issue Statements only in an Objective and Truthful Manner


(1)

Registrants and applicants must be objective and truthful and include all relevant and pertinent information in all professional reports, statements or testimony, applications for registration and enrollment as an intern, and references on applications for registration and enrollment.

(2)

Registrants may express a professional opinion on technical subjects only when that opinion is founded upon adequate knowledge of the facts and the registrant is competent in the subject matter.
