Model Rules of Procedure Governing Rulemaking

The Model Rules of Procedure, OAR 137-001-0005 (Definitions) to 137-005-0070 (Contract Clauses Specifying Dispute Resolution), in effect on January 31, 2012, as promulgated by the Attorney General of the State of Oregon under the Administrative Procedures Act, are adopted as the rules of procedure for the Insurance Division.
