Mailing List Fee

The fee for inclusion of each entry on the Insurance Division mailing list established under ORS 183.335 (Notice) for giving notice of rulemaking is $35. The fee shall be paid annually. The fee established under this rule does not apply to any federal, state or local governmental entity.
