OAR 836-013-0100 (Authority) to 836-013-0120 (Director’s Authority) are adopted pursuant to ORS 731.244 (Rules), 731.296 (Director’s inquiries) and 731.385 (Standards for determining whether continued operation of insurer is hazardous).

(2)

OAR 836-013-0100 (Authority) to 836-013-0120 (Director’s Authority) set forth the standards that the Director may use for identifying insurers who are in such condition as to render the continuance of their business hazardous to the public or to holders of their policies or certificates of insurance.

(3)

OAR 836-013-0100 (Authority) to 836-013-0120 (Director’s Authority) are not a limitation on the regulatory powers of the Director.
