Change of Information in Initial Application

(1)

Any material change in a captive insurer’s business plan that is filed with the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services at the time of initial application and any subsequent amendment of the plan requires prior approval of the director.

(2)

Any change in any other information filed with the initial application must be filed with the director within sixty days after the change, but does not require prior approval.

(3)

The captive insurer shall immediately notify the director upon making changes in board members or officers of the captive insurer.
