Investigative Subpoenas for Civil Rights Division and Wage and Hour Division: Subpoena Ad Testificandum

(1)

A subpoena ad testificandum may be issued to any person when the conditions set out in 839-002-0030 (Investigative Subpoenas for Civil Rights Division and Wage and Hour Division: Circumstances under Which a Subpoena May be Issued)(2) or 839-002-0030 (Investigative Subpoenas for Civil Rights Division and Wage and Hour Division: Circumstances under Which a Subpoena May be Issued)(3) have been met.

The subpoena ad testificandum must give the person a reasonable time for preparation and travel to the place of attendance and the place of attendance must be in a suitable place in the vicinity to which testimony is applicable.
