Attorney General’s Model Rules of Procedure

The Attorney General’s “Model Rules for Rulemaking,” effective May 1, 2014, are hereby adopted by reference as permanent rules for rulemaking procedure. The Attorney General’s “Model Rules for Rulemaking” are set forth in OAR 137-001-0005 (Definitions) to 137-001-0100 (Review of New Rules).

The Commission’s administrative rules for contested case proceedings, miscellaneous proceedings, and orders in other than contested cases are set forth in Division 003 of this chapter.
