Approval of Suspensions and Terminations of Orders by Operation of Law

(1)

The Executive Director or Medical Director has the authority to grant approval of Suspensions or Terminations of Orders that occur by operation of law.

(2)

The Executive Director’s or Medical Director’s signature grants approval of the Suspension or Termination of Order, which becomes a public document. As a public document, the Suspension or Termination of Order may be released to the public.

(3)

The Executive Director or Medical Director must forward Suspensions and Terminations of Orders to the Board in a timely manner.
