Qualifications


The Oregon Medical Board may issue a license for the voluntary provision of health care services at a camp operated by a nonprofit organization to a physician who has a current license to practice medicine in another state or territory of the United States or the District of Columbia, provided that:

(1)

The physician practices medicine for no more than 14 days in a calendar year at a camp operated by a non-profit organization;

(2)

Renders services within the scope of practice authorized by the physician’s license;

(3)

Holds a current license that has not been suspended or revoked and is not under current disciplinary action (order) pursuant to disciplinary proceedings in any jurisdiction;

(4)

Is not under internal review or discipline in any hospital, clinic, or health care facility; and

(5)

Is not under disciplinary investigation by any medical licensing authority that issued the physician a state license to practice medicine.

(6)

Must otherwise meet the standards of licensure under ORS 677.
