Attorney General’s Model Rules of Procedure

The following Model Rules of Procedure promulgated by the Attorney General of the State of Oregon, in effect January 01, 2018, are adopted by the Board by reference. These rules apply to rulemaking; OAR 137-001-0005 (Definitions) through 137-001-0100 (Review of New Rules).
