Exercise of Board Authority

(1)

The Board retains its authority to review any school for approval even if it has met the standards of the CNME, other Board approved regional accrediting bodies, or both.

(2)

The Board may revoke the approval of a school if it fails to meet the standards of the CNME, other Board approved accrediting bodies, or the Board.
