Qualifications of Manufacturing and Wholesaling Personnel

(1)

Only qualified personnel shall be employed to manufacture products.

(2)

No drugs or medical supplies shall be manufactured in this state except under the personal supervision of a licensed pharmacist, chemist, or other person qualified by scientific or technical training or experience to perform such duties of supervision, as may be necessary, to protect the public health and safety. The manufacture of drugs and medicines shall be limited to persons having the necessary professional and/or technical qualifications and such persons may be required to submit properly attested documents of proof of formal education qualifying them for these positions.
