Scope and Applicability of Renewable Portfolio Standards Rules

(1)

OAR 860-083-0005 (Scope and Applicability of Renewable Portfolio Standards Rules) through 860-083-0500 (Alternative Compliance Payments) (the “Renewable Portfolio Standards rules”) establish rules governing implementation of Renewable Portfolio Standards for electric companies and electricity service suppliers provided under ORS 469A.005 (Definitions) through 469A.210 (Goal for community-based renewable energy projects).

Upon request or its own motion, the Commission may waive any of the Division 083 rules for good cause shown. A request for waiver must be made in writing, unless otherwise allowed by the Commission.
