Rules of Procedure

The Real Estate Agency adopts by reference the Attorney General’s Uniform and Model Rules OAR 137-001-0005 (Definitions) through 137-005-0070 (Contract Clauses Specifying Dispute Resolution) bearing the effective date of January 1, 2008.
