Oregon Rule and Law Course Content

The appropriate advisory board or the division develops content requirements for Oregon rule and law courses. The content requirements must include but are not limited to the following:

(1)

Permit processes and requirements;

(2)

Instruction on the scope of work allowed under a given license; and

(3)

The Oregon amendments to the currently adopted edition of the appropriate national model code, or the proposed Oregon amendments that are included in the notice of proposed rulemaking hearing filed with the Secretary of State as part of the code adoption process, including alternate method rulings and interpretations.
