Definitions

(1)

“Brownfields” means real property where expansion or redevelopment is complicated by actual or perceived environmental contamination as defined in ORS 285A.185 (Brownfields redevelopment)(1);

(2)

“ERRC” means the Economic Recovery Review Council.

(3)

“RSIA” means a Regionally Significant Industrial Area designated by the ERRC based on criteria as defined in ORS 197.722 (Definitions for ORS 197.722 to 197.728)(2).
