Summaries of agreements of state agencies

(1)

A state agency that enters into an agreement under ORS 190.110 (Authority of units of local government and state agencies to cooperate), 190.420 (Authority of public agency to make agreements with public agencies in other states) or 190.485 (Authority of state agency to exercise authority jointly with nation or national agency of other than United States) on or after August 16, 1999, or an agreement under ORS 190.112 (Agreements with United States to perform security functions) or under ORS 660.334 (Agreements to create entities to perform workforce development activities) shall submit a summary of the agreement to the Oregon Department of Administrative Services within the 30-day period immediately following the effective date of the agreement.

(2)

The summary required by this section must include the following information:

(a)

Names of the parties to the agreement.

(b)

Date of the agreement.

(c)

Subject matter of the agreement.

(d)

The agency through which a person may obtain a copy of the agreement.

(3)

A state agency that is required to submit a summary of an agreement to the department under this section shall submit the summary through electronic means. [1999 c.948 §1; 2003 c.6 §2; 2003 c.149 §2]
