ORS 258.085
Appeal to Court of Appeals


Any party to the contest proceeding may appeal from the judgment rendered by the circuit court to the Court of Appeals in the same manner as appeals in civil cases are taken. The appeal shall take precedence over all other business on the docket. [Formerly 251.090]
