As used in ORS 274.430 (State ownership of meandered lakes) to 274.520 (Acceptance of deed to lake bed lands as precluding any other claim), “meandered lake” means a lake wholly or partly within this state that has been meandered by the United States surveys. [1967 c.421 §131]
