It is the purpose of ORS 285B.320 (Purpose of ORS 285B) to 285B.371 (State interest in eligible projects not necessary for loans) to authorize the exercise of powers granted by ORS 285B.320 (Purpose of ORS 285B) to 285B.371 (State interest in eligible projects not necessary for loans) by this state in addition to and not in lieu of any other powers it may possess.
