Civil penalty for interference with disclosure of information

Notwithstanding ORS 329A.992 (Suspension), the Office of Child Care shall impose a civil penalty, as provided in ORS 183.745 (Civil penalty procedures), for the violation of ORS 329A.348 (Interference with disclosure of information). The civil penalty is $500 for each violation. [2019 c.381 §9]
Note: 329A.994 (Civil penalty for interference with disclosure of information) was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 329A or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
