An eligible student enrolled in an eligible post-secondary course pursuant to ORS 340.005 (Definitions for ORS 340.005 to 340.090) to 340.090 (Alternative programs) is not eligible for any state student financial aid under ORS 348.105 (Loan obligations enforceable against minor) to 348.280 (Award of scholarships under ORS 348.270 and 348.272) and 348.500 (Purpose) to 348.621 (Requirements for tax credit certification application).

The eligible student may apply to the resident school district of the student for reimbursement for any textbooks, fees, equipment or materials purchased by the student that are required for an eligible post-secondary course. [2005 c.674 §11]
