Evidentiary effect of copy of filed document

(1)

A certificate attached to a copy of a document filed by the Secretary of State, bearing the Secretary of State’s signature, which may be in facsimile, is conclusive evidence that the original document, or a facsimile thereof, is on file with the Office of Secretary of State.

(2)

The provisions of ORS 56.110 (Evidentiary effect of certificates and other documents issued by Secretary of State) apply to all documents filed pursuant to this chapter. [1987 c.94 §11]
