Civil penalties for violation of ORS 674.200 to 674.250

(1)

In accordance with ORS chapter 183, the Appraiser Certification and Licensure Board may impose a civil penalty, not to exceed $15,000 for each violation, on a person who violates a provision of ORS 674.200 (Definitions for ORS 674.200 to 674.250) to 674.250 (Fees) or any rule adopted by the board under ORS 674.200 (Definitions for ORS 674.200 to 674.250) to 674.250 (Fees).

(2)

The civil penalty under this section is in addition to and not in lieu of any other penalty or sanction provided by law. [2010 c.87 §9; 2011 c.447 §20]

Note: 674.995 (Civil penalties for violation of ORS 674.200 to 674.250) was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 674 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
