Grounds for imposing discipline

In the manner prescribed in ORS chapter 183 for contested cases, the Health Licensing Office may impose a form of discipline listed in ORS 676.612 (Disciplinary authority) against any person practicing denture technology for any of the grounds listed in ORS 676.612 (Disciplinary authority) and for any violation of the provisions of ORS 680.500 (Definitions for ORS 680.500 to 680.565) to 680.565 (Authority of Health Licensing Office and director), or the rules adopted thereunder.
