License and permit denial procedure

  • review of rules and board orders

(1)

If the State Board of Massage Therapists proposes to impose any of the sanctions authorized in ORS 687.081 (Grounds for denial, suspension or revocation of, or refusal to renew, license or permit) or take other disciplinary action, opportunity for hearing shall be accorded as provided in ORS chapter 183. Hearings under this section must be conducted by an administrative law judge assigned from the Office of Administrative Hearings established by ORS 183.605 (Office of Administrative Hearings).
