Penalties

(1)

Violation of ORS 697.015 (Registration requirement) or 697.058 (Agency records) by an individual is a Class A violation.

(2)

Violation of ORS 697.015 (Registration requirement) or 697.058 (Agency records) by a corporation or association is a Class A violation. Any officer or agent of a corporation or association who personally participates in any violation of ORS 697.015 (Registration requirement) or 697.058 (Agency records) by the corporation or association is subject to the penalty prescribed in subsection (1) of this section.

Violation of ORS 697.612 (Registration requirement) or 697.642 (Bond requirement) to 697.702 (Interference with records of debt management service provider) is punishable, upon conviction, as a Class A misdemeanor.
