Purpose

The purpose of these rules is to provide procedures, standards, and criteria for making grants under ORS 285B.168 (Grants) and 285A.340 (Legislative findings) to 285A.349 (Evaluation of effectiveness of assistance) to community colleges, community college service districts, and other allowed entities to assist in the improvement and formation of small business development centers.
