Definitions

For the purposes of these rules definitions may be found in Procedural Rules, OAR 123-001. As used in this division of administrative rules, unless the context requires otherwise the following definitions apply:

(1)

“Small Business Development Center” means a community college-based and state university-based center which helps small businesses develop and improve skill in such areas as marketing management and capital formation.

(2)

“Oregon Small Business Development Center Network” means the statewide network of small business development centers.
