Waiver of Non-Statutory Requirements

The Director or the Director’s designee may waive non-statutory requirements of this division of administrative rules, if demonstrated that such a waiver serves to further the goals and objectives of ORS 285B.230 (Local economic development strategy) to 285B.266 (Strategic Reserve Fund), and that it contributes to sound economic or community development.
